Thoughts for Today

 Life has been a bit overwhelming lately. I have plenty of tools for stress and use them quite often and today I wanted a new approach. I went to my bookcase and pulled out the book, Start Where You Are, by Meera Lee Patel. I opened to a page that I am finding quite helpful. It is simple and powerful at the same time.
